Came in feeling overwhelmed by the damage to my car following an accident and nervous about the process and expense of fixing. I was greeted warmly and seen by the technician on staff who took a look at my car, offered practical advice and support after listening to my concerns, and took good care of me.

I had the unfortunate experience of have my car stolen once it was recovered I had it sent to caliber they took care of me right from the start! Once the body work was done they found additional issues with my care and the GM ( Chris) handled everything for me I literally just had to wait for my car to be ready excellent experience 10 outta 10 across the board!

A deer had run into my car earlier in the day and the front passenger door wasn’t able to open. I didn’t know what to do and I stopped by Caliber Collision for advice and a repair estimate. I was promptly greeted with professionalism and understanding. Chris came out and gave me both an estimate, advice on next steps, and got the door working. All in a few minutes!
