The communication was terrible! Jeanine made many mistakes causing us to have to pay extra to a new accountant to unravel the mess. Poor customer service. One big headache after another. Would not recommend this CPA.

I have used Carole for years as my tax accountant and she does EXCELLENT work! She will answer questions when I email her during the year about tax issues and she always responds quickly when contacted. I trust her and hope to continue having her do my taxes for years to come.
