There was a girl named Alexandra at the store, she was there this afternoon. She claimed to be the manager. When it came time for me to pay, she repeatedly shouted at me to enter my name into the payment machine 3 times . She exclaimed loudly, "Why do I have to keep reminding every customer about this? Well It's part of your responsibility!" It appeared that I wasn't the only one subjected to her outbursts; she yelled at the next customer as well. It seemed as though she was more interested in socializing with her coworker than doing her job. In response, I decided to return my purchase because I didn't appreciate being treated that way. I've always enjoyed shopping at Burlington Coat Factory, but employees like Alexandra may deter customers from returning to this store.

[New Hope Commons Location] 4th time I've been here well before the store is supposed to close. It's now 8:55pm and somehow they closed the store/locked the doors @ 8:30pm AGAIN. What the hell is the point of having the store hours online and on the door if you're just going to close it whenever you feel like it?!I hate wasting the time and gas coming out to this specific location when they constantly lie about the closing time and waste everyone's time in the process.Corporate should look into this. It's honestly ridiculous.

This store is a complete mess. Omg. How embarrassing. It looks like a disorganized thrift store. The kicker is they have the same prices as Marshalls- you would think they would at least try to have some self respect!

The store was absolutely trashed the day I visited. Maybe they were short staffed and, having worked retail, I can sympathize. So, I checked for the 1 thing I was looking for then made a quick exit.

This place is an accident waiting to happen. There is .ore merchandise laying on the floor than there is on the shelves. No staff and those they have walk right on by. What a mess. No standards.

Zero star if possible. Store is very messy, fitting rooms are not open. Clothes items are damaged. Additionally was very upset of spending money here after how my little girl was treated for having to urgently needing to use their restroom. Will not be returning to this store.

The store has great assortment of quality clothes at good prices. However, it obviously lacks the personell. The store is messy. It has two fitting rooms upfront that are supposed to be open as they both have changing lights above them. However, only one fitting room was open, when we came in the afternoon, while both lights were green (for vacant). The associate replied that the other fitting room was closed as it had issues, while there was no red light/out of order sign on it. Next time, we came a few hours before closing and both fitting rooms had green light on, but again were closed, now two out of two available. I asked the associate to open one of them, as I needed to try the dress on. He said that he can't, as it is being cleaned. I asked why they keep all of the fitting rooms closed few hours before closing, he sent me to talk to the manager. He refused to do his job properly, and send the customer to the manager, instead of talking to the manager by himself, and opening the fitting room.I attach the pictures of the fitting rooms that were locked by the store associates with the green lights on. I understand that it is not associates' fault, and people might be forced to do it due to the lack of staff. However, this low level customer service is annoying, unacceptable, and might scare off potential customers.

This store has two check out clerks on a Saturday. The company has spent millions on buying back their stock to keep up earnings per share. I guess there is no money to have staff and/or peak staff. Im timing how long it takes to check out of the store. Ill post that separate.The store is a bit of a mess but cleaned than the one in Raleigh off Capital Blvd. Good Luck Burlington shoppers.
