Interesting selection of products but a lot of them have no price tag. Makes me not want to buy anything here.

Ask for your receipt and then double check it! I went there today for a few items and was told that the price was $43.82 so I handed them a $50 bill and was asked if I would like a receipt and said no thank you. The lady handed me $2.19 back and I told her that doesn’t sound right and I would like a receipt. After reviewing my receipt I noticed that I was double charged for an item and proceeded to ask for my correct change. She apologized and gave me my correct change but I got the feeling that she was trying to scam me so that is why I’m leaving this review.

I remember the good old days, back when this place used to sell Guglhupf and Saladelia. Now, the quality has declined but the prices keep going up.

Massively overpriced. Sandwiches are inedible. Still not sure what the point of the rewards account is.

i started shopping at Bulldega in their location at city hall plaza and have always been happy. i don’t know what the new owners have in mind, but they don’t seem to be running the store as well as the original owners. i’ve walked out empty handed three times in the last month because they didn’t have basic items in stock (parmesan cheese, breakfast sausage, bacon). the original owners wouldn’t let this happen. i don’t have much reason to shop there anymore.

Extremely expensive, only visit if you need something urgently. It’s also unfortunate that very few items have prices listed so you can’t tell if you’re going to get ripped off until you go to check out.

I LOVE this little market. Get and easy to access location and awesome offerings.

First, all their parmesan cheese was expired, 3 weeks past sell-by date. I almost bought one not even looking at the date on the bottom, but one of the cashiers fortunately pointed it out to me. But then the cheese went right back with the rest on the shelves, for some other unsuspecting customer to buy I guess. And then they had mislabeled most of their (already overpriced) pasta. I had something scanned and it rang up for nearly $3 more than the price. They said they hadn't changed the labels yet, but that was almost twice as much, and it's deceiving to customers. Everything is incredibly overpriced there, and it's not always even that good. I've only been there a couple times when I need one quick thing but every time I try it's always something like that.

Bulldega Urban Market is a great place to find a great selection of fresh produce, dairy, meats, snacks and dry goods at decent prices for the convince of a mini market in the area. The store has a friendly staff ? that greet many customers by name and a clean and welcoming atmosphere. One of the things that makes Bulldega Urban Market unique is its salad bar. The bar offers a variety of greens, vegetables, and toppings, like the spicy mushrooms that were added recently and customers can create their own salad or choose from one of the pre-packed spinach or crispy lettuce in clam shell containers. The salad bar is a great option for people who are looking for a quick and healthy meal. Hats?? off to the chef. Great local market, I love being able to walk down and get something we forgot while making dinner. And wine. Mostly wine.

I’ve only ever posted five-star reviews and I’m sad to post this one. I used to love the Bulldega, and I’ve been a loyal and enthusiastic customer since I moved here two years ago. I always try to support local but I am so disappointed with their recent customer service. We bought a t-shirt from the store and when we wore it for the very first time the stitching fully unraveled. Within the week we went to exchange it for the exact same t-shirt without the defect and they would not honor the exchange. They told me to come back the next day and the manager would take care of it. The manager would not, and was also incredibly rude. I’ve never heard of such a thing and am disappointed to cross the shop off my list of local faves.
