10/10!! I had a unique bulk order and they were very responsive and provided excellent customer service. They even added personal touches and created a delivery plan that worked best, keeping me in the loop with excellent communication the entire time. The gifts are beautiful and I would highly recommend!

I love Bull City Olive Oil. Their olive oil and balsamic vinegar gift sets are the perfect gift for clients. Julie is responsive, professional, and goes above and beyond. The packaging and presentation is thoughtful and sophisticated. I can't recommend them enough!

I recently received a very carefully packaged order of three 750ml bottles of aged balsamic vinegars from Bull City Olive Oil Co. I am very impressed with the quality of the flavorful vinegars, especially the espresso, my favorite.The order was processed promptly, arrived well protected for shipping and included a hand written note of thanks from the company's owner. I look forward to more business in the future!If you are local to the Durham NC area, this business delivers for free to your home even!They have a nice selection of light and dark aged balsamic as well as other olive oils and gifts, all very fairly priced when compared to similar products from other online vendors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone :)

Buyer Beware! If doing store pick up, please be sure to read the "store pick up policy." Unfortunately, I did not and after reading the store was transitioning to online I purchased 6 bottles. I was not able to pick up my olive oil till a week after due to work and not realizing the store is only open Tuesday thru Friday. Due to this my items were restocked at a 15% fee for a tune of $30 which is a 750 size bottle. I only found this out after going to the store to pick my items up and was casually told it has been put back. When I asked if my money had been refunded I was told I should receive it within 7-10 business days minus 15% restock fee. I was told a phone call was made to me. However, I have no voicemail. I was asked did I get the email sent to me. NO...I did not. Which all of these should have been evident as I was in the store to pick up my order. No remedy offered! While I try to support local small businesses this is what makes me hesitate to do so. I post this to clearly say always read before you buy. If you decide to buy proceed with caution. Sometimes trying to help others (small business) cost you. Previous interactions were good and I always went into the store to purchase but because of that interaction I let my guard down and am now paying a 15% restock fee and no olive oil to show for it.

For those of you who haven't visited Bull City Olive Oil, I highly recommend visiting! Not only do they have a ton of varieties of oils and vinegars, they have gifts, oyster dishes and snacks. We do a lot of our holiday shopping here! If you get a chance to chat with Julie, ask her about some of the fun recipes and uses for the oils and vinegars!

This is by far our favorite shop in Durham! We love the variety of olive oils available as well as the great selection of local products (makes for great gifts for our family and friends back home). The owner, Julie, is wonderful!

Excellent selection of cooking oils and vinegars, as well as unique home gifts. I follow a low FODMAP diet for medical reasons and these oils make the diet delicious. Julie offers great customer experience and always exceeds expectations.

This past Christmas, I really wanted to support local businesses. I came across Bull City Olive Oil and knew it would be perfect for my friends. I bought a flavored olive oil for one friend and a tea towel for another. They both loved their gifts and I loved supporting a local Durham business!

Simply the most AMAZING shop!!! My go to place for gifts to welcome new neighbors birthdays thank you’s n more. Plus family staples: Peach Lemon Mint n Cranberry Pear Balsamic vinegars as well as Basil n Maltese Gremolata Olive Oils. This store is truly a local gem!!!

This little shop is amazing. I will never buy olive oil at the grocery store ever again! It really makes all the difference. Regular olive oil is so disappointing after this, you really won’t be able to go back! We love the rosemary olive oil on some crusty bread for a snack. The Milanese gremolata olive oil is so perfect for just about everything. I also really love the balsamic vinegars, especially for making unique cocktails. A splash of the jalapeño balsamic is great for making any cocktail spicy. I also use the maple balsamic to drizzle on Brussels sprouts before they go in the oven. The shop owner is very inspiring with her recipes as well. Definitely check this one out!
