I came to get gas yesterday , while approaching the store I see the Hispanic lady clerk swinging her hand back and forth in the face of a black guy , so as I come in the store he is leaving out ,
she tell yells to me :“what is wrong with people he only has five dollars on his card for gas, this is America! Who only gets five dollars in gas”
I say back” well ma’am maybe that’s all he have”
She yells “ I don’t like people like that what is his problem “
I say “ what do mean people like that ? Then it dawn on me this isn’t the first time I’ve seen her act this way towards black people, so I asked do you not like black people ?”
She replies “No I just don’t like people like that “
So me being frustrated say “well I’ll let him know “
She says “so what!”
I leave the store and ask the guy what’s that ladies problem, he says man she’s crazy I asked for 5 dollars in gas she makes the mistake and rings up 50 and tells me my card declined so I said no I said five in gas and not fifty all the sudden she say don’t get loud with me and grabs a box cutter and waves it in my face
( That’s what I saw through the window while approaching the store) then he says she don’t like black people this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem from her.. so that confirmed what I was already thinking and that’s why I’m writing this long review, someone needs to do something about this rude lady .. I also will be calling corporate about this too!

Woman that works there maybe a Manager is terrible at customer service. She yells at other clerks working while she is running a register beside of them. Threw a lottery scratch off back at me and yelled scratch off the barcode. Mam I did. The barcode on these tickets are at the top. She takes it back and grumbles. Next time I'm in there yells at a customer saying your pin isn't working. Lady I didn't run it as debit but credit. Oh the machine is slow. I'm a faithful BP ONLY in my cars but will drive further to avoid this one.

Just to emphasize that bad service brings bad reviews, which turns away future customers, I am staying in the hotel across the street and planned to stop here in the morning to fill up before going on my way, so checked the web for their business hours. Glad I did...with these poor reviews, no way I'm stopping there. One customer lost...

They didn't force me to wear a mask that is worth 5 star in itself everyone keeps saying rude worker ive never once had a problem here maybe these people have personal issues they need to work out anyone that reports people or businesses for not wearing masks you are a low quality human

This place is a wreck the clerk ran my card twice and when I came back the next morning was told the owner would fix everything. After leaving the veterans affairs building to talk to the owner he told me it was nothing he could do and maybe I should ask my bank. The owner is a nasty person and a crook. Anyone that uses this gas station should expect to be taken advantage of. How could such a nasty person be allowed to run anything? I wouldn’t trust these ppl with a dime of my money... hands down the worst place in Durham

I normally stop at this gas station often after work. The owners are very polite, but the clerk Adia (I believe she is Mexican) is very rude, disrespectful and prejudice, which I try very hard to overlook as long as I am getting what I paid for. However, yesterday (9/1/20 @5:00pm), she had one of her Mexican friends standing by the counter (where you check out at) and he was on the telephone without a mask and didn't buy a dam thing! Adia was asking me to come forth with my items and I said not as long as he is standing there talking on the cell without a mask. I told her I was going to call Bp headquarters and she said "go right ahead!". I have had many run ends with this lady and can't understand why they continue to put up with her disrespectfulness to customers. IT IS TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER!

Fast and great location. I would not normally rate a gas station but the guy working the cash register was hilarious and was wearing a Santa cap. He started asking me questions making sure my Christmas was going well. Ha. And he sold me some beer and gas. 5 stars for service !!! And personality.

This place already has a very low rating so another 1 star won't matter to the owner of this store. But today I bought a cup of coffee and found that the cup was about to leak. So I took one empty cup to replace it. When I found out he charged the coffee twice I thought it was a mistake. when I talked to him his answer was shocking. He said "That's the way we do inventory". So I said, "This is an empty cup, so I will return it then." He said "I cannot take it back for sanitory reason because you touched that cup." Can you believe it? I am shocked to learn that this kind of stores still exist in today's society. I will never go to this place again!
