I only buy BP gas for my car and the gas is pretty much the same. It's the customer service to me that should determine theratings. This location is hit or miss. At times, the cashiers are rude. I usually don't comment but tonight I wanted to. I bought two drinks and decided to pay cash. We all know how cash and coins take time to dig out. When I handed the money over, the cashier tells me no, it's $5.14. He had forgot to total it on the display and acted as if it was my fault paying him less which was displayed to me. Then when I put the cash back and dug again for the right amount, he became impatient and told the man behind me to come up and he took him on the other register. I was in the middle of course because I was first and I was still getting my money together. The cashier says "Can you move?" I told him, that I wouldn't because I felt he was rude and I was first. Plus the other customer didn't seem to mind. The cashier then told me that the customer behind me had been waiting a long time which wasn't that long. Plus if the cashier had displayed the right amount, it would have been half the time. I told him I was first and didnt have to move and that he was rude. Then he started being sarcastic and saying something as I was leaving the store.I know that this is a franchise and sometimes the owner is the cashier as well so I wouldn't be surprised if he were the owner or a family member of the owner. I am sure he doesnt care about his disrespect. However, letting you know that these clerks at this location are not welcoming and that there is a more friendlier gas station across the street ExxonMobil if you feel that you deserve to be treated with respect and greeted properly.
