Be careful they overcharge at this store and never send receipt and should do all promotions online . Was over charged $33 and was lied to about promotions. Called customer service they definitely overcharged me. Update called and reported fraud at this location please note they steal if you pay with cash overcharge and customer service doesn't care. Fortunately some people have lots of time and money to pursue these criminals and please don't fall victim to this locations fraud. Hopefully the CEO will get back to me . Please if you where over charged as well leave a review and we will use this to stop the fraud. Thanks

I went into this location to pay my bill, the young lady working acted like I was interrupting her. Have recently had problems paying via phone, so I go into this location.

Tried to transfer sim onto a new phone, Paid multiple fees and waited for 4 hours and still cannot make it work, when I asked for a refund, was screamed at and told that they cannot refund. Was told to call customer service, and then customer service told me to go to the store. Most ridiculous experience of my life. Will take my business elsewhere.I never leave reviews but this incidence was just so horrible, the attitude was so rude, I cannot understand how a customer can be treated this way.

The employees I delt with today were clueless. I've never had so much trouble trying to get a business to take my money. I was there for hours and they never accomplished adding another line to my plan. Something that should be a simple task, they made into an impossible ordeal. I'll never go to this store again. I went to the one on South Roxboro St afterward and the guy there, being new, was able to do the job right without a long delay. I'll now head over to give that store a good review.

Salesperson in this store was very professional and kind. I wanted to get a new SIM card, but my phone was too old. Even though the store did not have the SIM card in stock, the salesperson identified a very good in store only promotion, and took a picture of the computer screen about the promotion so that I can show that in another store. I had a very bad experience with another Boost Mobile retail store on N. Buchanan Blvd. So, I'd stick to this store for my future in-store purchases.
