Before paying make sure you are informed of what you are buying. I only wanted a phone and plan but a $19.99 charger and $7 monthly for device insurance was added that I didnt know I was buying. I canceled the device insurance plan. Get an itemized statement before paying to be sure nothing was added you do not want. I will never set foot back in this particular Boost Mobile store.

I must compliment both Rachel and Kaiela (spelling) for being awesome in running or operating this Boost Mobile store! Trust my saying that I am meticulous and I have critique skills without wanting to observe employees who interact with the public on a large scale. I.E., workers that perform and it'll probably show up if it's just a paycheck, and then there are employees who are naturals and perform right in front of my eyes mastering as Boost Mobile employees. I'm talking about being extremely knowledgeable answering questions, fixing, troubleshooting customer concerns AND these two multitask as they do what they do. People person's! I applaud that energy. Always real, always pleasant especially when they're in the Zone/handling it or doing what they do well. I've seen them at work and I give them big credit too, customers interrupting when they're with a customer. I couldn't do it. Being interrupted.So Corporate Headquarters, their Regional Manager down to District Manager level.......take notice. Just my opinion, these employees are making you money and as such must be VALUED! You heard!?

Went to boost to pay my monthly billTold rep a message kept coming up that my SIM card needed replacing ory service would not be good. Replaced sSIM, phone quit workingYep tried to repair but could notGave me a number to help desk. First rep no help, could not understand and kept putting meon hold. Finally said she would call back in 10 minutes. No call. Isecond call 2 days later, kept me on the phone for 45 minutes and I finally blew my top. Wrote a e mail to corporate with no responseBe going to the tv trouble shooter this weekNo o help at all. Wrote a mail to boost of course no reply

This store specifically has HORRIBLE customer service, representatives that are more concerned with chatting on their personal phone than helping customers, and management that will side with the representatives before even hearing what the customer has to say. This has been a horrible experience with boost mobile and I absolutely regret ever coming to this store.

The representative gave me the wrong phone, cared more about her personal conversations on her phone than helping customers, phone wasnt even activated when I left the store, management aides with representatives before even hearing what the customer has to say, 3 hours in store to receive wrong phone and not activated. Horrible experience.
