Everyone I have interacted with at this store is super knowledgeable and helpful. I recently switched from Verizon to Boost and have been extremely happy with the coverage and value.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A PHONE WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT IT LOCKED IN FOREVER, READ THERE FINE PRINT. ANY BOOST MOBILE PHONE YOU BUY CAN EVER BE USED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY...ASK ME I KNOW. I BOUGHT TWO PHONES AND NOW CAN NEVER USE THEM WITH ANOTHER CARRIER, BUT ONLY TRANSFER THE NUMBERS. WOW,....TWO PERFECTLY BRAND NEW PHONES. SO UNLESS YOU KEEP YOUR PHONE WITH BOOST, ANY PHONE YOU BUY CAN NOT BE USED WITH ANY ONE ELSE.....!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Ashley who help me and my husband yesterday! She truly amazing, kind, friendly and patient!!! We had been looking for the iPhone 12 for our daughters all yesterday and we decided to go her store and I’m so happy we did. Again thank you Ashley for all your help we really appreciate it!!!

The young man I dealt with today was able to help me add a line to my plan in a timely manner. After a terrible experience at the University Dr store, I was very thankful he was able to help me. He was new and still did a better job than the other employees at the other store.I will continue to use this store for any future needs.My last experience here with another employee 2 months ago was also very pleasant and she was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Came here today for my second day in a row of truly excellent service. There was no doubt the pride she has in her business and really taking care of people. I don't care how far you need to drive if you have boost COME HERE she's awesome!!

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF WALKING IN A BOOST MOBILE STORE EVER EVERYONE WAS RUDE AND THERE WAS A FAT WORKER BEHIND THE DESK CLIPPING HER TOE NAILS AND IT SMELLS BAD
