“I've been a customer for years and have always been happy. Last week they stepped up another notch in my ratings though! I took my Commencal V4 downhill bike in for terrible shifting issues. Forrest helped me and took a look while I waited, all to see if he could get me going again without leaving it. Unfortunately, I wasn't a quick fix, which I suspected anyway. After a day of waiting, great communication from Forrest and a very reasonable repair bill, the bike is amazing! New cable, complete set up she shifts like butter!! I couldn't be happier! Great honest and friendly service as always!”

“I went in today for help with a busted stroller tire (after trying to fix it myself without success). Celia was incredibly patient and helpful, troubleshooted the issue, sat with me to show me step by step how to replace the tube and reassemble everything, and also let me know other resources that may be helpful to me in the future. Will definitely go back with any tire or bike needs!”
