Made an online appt - availability showed 11-4. Ryan calls immediately & says - yeah we close at 6pm can you come on Monday? I told him I work & don't understand what closing at 6pm has anything to do with my 2:30pm appt. I call back & say I can come earlier - he says they don't have the part I need. How he can decide what part he needs without even seeing my phone is beyond me - sounds like he just didn't want to work on Sunday.

Josh went above and beyond to help me replace my car’s battery when it died en route to the store to pickup the replacement I had purchased online. He recommended a replacement clamp as well which I hadn’t noted as a problem before but absolutely needed replaced. I will definitely be a return customer given the outstanding customer service I received!

Arrived around 5:50pm didn't leave till 6:15pm, with only 3 people in front of me with 3 more behind me by the time I left. Need to have more than one person up front when it starts to backup.

I give 1 star to this location not because they deserve it or earned it but because is the only way to post the review. This store is terrible, the Manager’s customer service and employees skills are terrible!! I do not recommend this location at all.

I had a bad car battery and found Batteries Plus had a much better deal going on than the place I typically go. I called and spoke with Josh who was very friendly and answered all of my questions and didn't try to upsell me. In fact, he convinced me to buy the cheaper option that he said was best suited for my car's specifications and that the more expensive battery I currently had in it (that I got from a different company) was not necessary. I appreciate this type of honesty and they will get my business in the future because of this. Keith installed it the next day and was prompt and courteous. In all, I had a positive experience shopping at Batteries Plus.

Not real pleased. Two clerks were present, but absent in terms of getting down to business with helping me find and purchase a unique battery I sought. In a hurry, I was on my lunch break and they were more interested in pushing their special pricing of bulk batteries in a pack, I had to repeat not interested 3 times. I requested veterans discount, which I received after having to repeat my request b/c they overlooked deducting it in the transaction. When the receipt popped out of the POS terminal, the clerk placed it atop my purchase, and then turned and walked away without so much as a thank you. Small businesses keep customers when they show interest in and appreciation of the customer. This franchise would do well to retrain today’s staff or audition for new ones.
