Very helpful overall the associate Lisa went above and beyond! Now as far as Jerome the manager or assistant manager he didn’t seem like he wanted to come up to the front at all to help us with the 3k riding mower, he didn’t shed an ounce of interest in coming to help nor explaining how simplified it was to put together. We just needed some general knowledge when we get it to our home that’s the only bad part. Lisa though was phenomenal!! Superb service might I say hats off!

I ordered a chest of drawers from the Durham store online.i was told their store sent the merchandise to the Mebane warehouse for pick-up. We picked it up with no help from anyone to load it. Once we got it home we noticed one of the drawer runners was damaged. After numerous phone calls it was agreed that the best way to resolve the issue was to return the chest and get a other one at our expense. Again no one offered help loading the chest. Once we got it home this chest is scuffed up. I am not returning this one but will contact corporate and let them handle it. By the way I took pictures of the damaged drawer but they weren't forwarded by the Durham store to Mebane.

Shopping online can be frustrating, and it would have been for me, but Shawn at the Durham location made the whole process awesome. Even tho I did not purchase from his store, he was still quite helpful! Thank you sir!
