Today I went to the store to buy wipe blade. A young lady at the desk showed me to the place after she checked my photo in my mobile phone and her system, which is very nice. I took two wiper blades as she recommended. because I made a mistake before, so I took one wiper blade out of the package to check if it can fit in my car. as people can see in the picture, this package doesn’t have glue or seal, and small parts inside all have separate plastic bags(anyone who have interest could check the brand Duralast to see if people can open the package and close it again). so I think it’s OK to open the package, cause I can close it without any trace. the young lady came and said I shouldn’t open the package because no one wants to buy something in open package. I said OK. I can take that, although I don’t understand why this package can be opened and closed without any trace, why do I HAVE TO buy it. Then I put the other one back to the shelf and took this one to the desk.
Now what made me uncomfortable came. she asked me if I had opened the package of the other one. I answered no. and she asked me again. I said ‘no, you can go there and check it’. That’s what I won’t accept. Why did she ask me again after I clearly answered NO?
It’s not necessary to tell more details about the lady, I made this comment here not to make her criticized, but I, as a customer, won’t accept that bad attitude. I won’t go to auto parts again in case something happened and made me uncomfortable again.
July 29 update. Today I wanted to change the blade. And found that it doesn’t fit my car, although I showed the lady a picture of my blade buckle. How unprofessional she was! None of the 4 buckles is the same as mine.

The customer service here is incredible! We buy all our batteries/ car items here, I went back late yesterday after buying the wrong wiper blade (my fault). The gentleman was so kind to me and helped me exchange it, and get the right blade, and even came out to my car and put it on. I drove away feeling uplifted.

Terrible customer service, no one was helpful one guy with locs that was at the front desk act like he didn’t want to help or greet anyone . The young man there check my car and gave me wrong information about my car and had it under a 2019 Honda civic and I have a Acura TLX. Went to the store on university dr and they were very helpful.

Overall, a pretty terrible experience. I'm giving the second star because E.Y. was kind and helpful.
I ordered a pick-up order online. I was told the filter I ordered wasn't there (despite it being listed as available). No biggie, I agreed to pick it up the next morning. The next day came, and I hadn't heard anything by midday, so I called in. There seemed to be a LOT of confusion...asking if I ordered from another store, asking if I ordered 2 items (I ordered 6), not being able to find the order altogether.
I was put on hold for so long that I just went into the store. I sat there for a while—at least 30-45 minutes. In the end, I got most of my order. However, I was given the wrong windshield wiper fluid (all-season rather than bug remover) and one funnel instead of two. At that point, though, it just wasn't worth it to correct it.
Again, E.Y. was very kind and very willing to help. But the overall experience was just pretty awful.

Me and my gf worked with Chrissy and were so well taken care of! She was so knowledgeable and kind towards us. She guided us through the whole process and made getting a car battery easy for us. Thank you so much for your help!

Today I got yet another reason why AutoZone is my favorite place for my car care. I have had to learn how to fix my car myself in recent years and today I had a major issue that took my car offline from my job of driving Uber. SOLELY because of the helpfulness of a team member named E., I was able to find the correct hardware needed to fix my car and get it back on the road. E. demonstrated such genuine care and concern and he is an outstanding part of your team. Thank you, E.!!!

Manager Mike was amazing! He helped me out when I was in a bind. I would recommend anyone to go to this autozone in specific and talk to Mike if you want the best advice and efficient customer service. :)
