I visited this location and the manager Yolanda (which employees refer to her as yoyo) helped me out finding a part I needed. She went above and beyond as she guided me on how to replace it by myself I recommend this location because of her customer service, thanks yoyo ☺️☺️

The manager Yolanda has 0 customer service skills. My grandfather (who is crippled and uses a cane) asked her multiple times to use the machine that plugs into your car to test it and see what issues the car may have, he asked her multiple times to use it and she refused. She then repeated herself multiple times and said it was the alternator(although she wouldn’t test the car) that was the issue and got in his face and repeated it once more very slowly as if she was speaking to a child. Very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers.

Exceptional customer service!
I came to my neighborhood Autozone after the nearby Firestone attempted to price gauge me on the most basic repair - changing a brake light. First, the tech tried to charge me for a "light inspection". When I declined, he took time to work up $56 worth of charges to change the bulb - UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!
At Autozone - Yolanda, a manager, who understands her customer and who was more committed to having repeat, satisfied customer experiences along with her peer staff took the time to help me with my bulb and the tool needed to do my own replacement.
Not only did I feel satisfied as a customer, I left with an education on how to make the most basic repair on my vehicle. This is my neighborhood Autozone and I will come back again and again - because they have knowledgeable and caring staff!

I needed to get an alternator and my belt replaced. I was helped by Yolanda, Johnnie and Naz. They made the process so quick and easy while also being so friendly and helpful. Yolanda had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’m not knowledgeable on cars but she helped me while also making me feel comfortable unlike some places that would get me to buy anything, she directed me on what was best for me! Thank you everyone!

AMAZING! I came in today because I needed a battery replacement and windshield wipers for my car. I walked in and was immediately helped by Yolanda. She was absolutely amazing! If Yolanda is helping you, you are in good hands! She helped me find the battery and wipers i needed then replaced the battery and wipers for me! I was in and out in 15 minutes tops.
