The do it yourself car wash is outrageously expensive ($5 for 8 minutes). And you can’t pause the timer. What a racket.

Good enough. Water pressure was solid but the brushes were filthy, I power washed the brush before putting it on my car.
Also the bays were really dirty

I paid for the second highest package, and suv was still dirty. As soon as I entered the washing station, I knew right away it wasn't going to go well. The auto wash does not have rollers that scrub your vehicle. Just an arm that sprays soap and water. The pressure isn't enough to remove the debris. My windows were still dirty! As well as it advertised 3x the drying power....my suv still had water drops on it.

Machine took my money and didn’t turn on. I want a full refund! Tried calling number on website and number is not in service!

I have twice now paid for their highest package and left disappointed. I left with water still all over the car, with spots, and I feel like whatever product they are using may not be what this car needs(after using their service once, more seems to stick to it than prior to the first service).If I can't leave feeling good about their best package, then it's not a good deal.

The automatic wash is pretty bad. It couldn’t even get anything off of the car and the film from the rain x just made it look dusty. It couldn’t even take this paw print off of the top.

Good self service car wash.Can't speak to automated car wash, but in my experience none of them are effective.
