I love this place. Always clean. Free vacuums, complimentary towels are always clean folded and plentiful. Complimentary window cleaner and general interior cleaner. I am a member of the wash club and can use the service everyday for the price of two basic washes.

First time attempting to get my car washed. Customer service attendant was very rude/bad. Refused to answer my questions.So bad that I had to have my money refunded. I will never go there again.

went this morning at 730a. waited 20 minutes for them to open. if you're not ready to serve customers at the time you indicate opening, I suggest you change your hours. You lost a regular customer today.

Changed my plan without notifying me. I realized they no longer were including tire shine but still charged me the same amount. Very poor business practice to sell someone a package and then simply not hold up your end when they are still paying for it. I will not be renewing my monthly pass.

UPDATE:Just noticed the response from Autorific and in the first conversation I was never offered a refund. Just denials. I called and left a message that I would not be coming in because I valued his time and mine, as I had already removed the spots. The first mention of refund was a voicemail after I said I would spend my lunch writing a review. I received no consideration until that time…. FYI.The only reason I checked a star was so I could write the review. I have a ‘22 white Bronco and noticed after my wash that the no hands laser wash sprayed black specks all over my car that harden really quick. I showed the attendant who noticed also filed an incident report and told me I would hear from the manager the next day. Which I did, first he was accusatory and said it’s no way it came from them he saw the video. He would not see the specks come out as they were really small, but noticeable and hoses get material debris in them all the time. I spent 2 hours removing them with dawn dish detergent and elbow grease. The next day he said he would need to see the spots… I literally told him I spent two hours removing them. The wash was terrible and the car was still dirty and the wheels. Will never use again. Save your money. The worst car wash ever and lousy customer service!Services: Polishing

My sister had a terrible experience with black specs after the car wash. It took hours and of her time to buff and remove the black spots from her white Bronco. Customer Service was horrific, as the manager indicated that it was impossible for their equipment to do that, even with a video and pictures. Like it had just happened and she had alerted the attendant. If you can avoid this car wash service, do so.

I paid $20 for a car wash and it was the worst ever. Hood and sides semi clean but trunk lid and roof top are still dirty. Will not be back to autorific.

Don’t get the “membership”! I pay over $30 month and my van NEVER gets through without having to go into the office and verbally request my wash. Their system will not identify/recognize my personalized license plate! They say they can’t fix that…after a YEAR?! Get a new computer guy!!

Stop pin for wash and vacuum. It was sprinkling rain, they had the vacuum turned off and would not turn on due to sprinkling rain. Was the main reason I paid for wash. Either close everything or tell before you pay.Service: Auto detailing

There were areas that the machine could not reach, when we spoke with Ricky (management) he explained the mechanics of the machine and how our larger vehicle makes it difficult for these areas to be reached .Ricky was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied . He alone would make us revisit! Thank you!Services: Vacuuming
