So far so good. Affordable in comparison to competitors. Took them about an hour give or take to do my windshield replacement and recalibration.

Everyone was so nice and helpful that day. They ran into some snags and still went out of there way to get what I need done for me and they set up a station for me to work because I needed to get work done on my laptop while I was there waiting and I’m big and pregnant and was having a crazy day

l was very disappointed with how everything started that Monday morning', l understand things happened and l felt like something could've been done better, And the customer services didn't make the situation any better, Especially when a person work Monday-Friday, And l explain the situation too her, But l guess in Reality that didn't matter, , I think you just need a,better processing and letting customer know things.

Terrible job, I had my car broking in and the thief smash my driver side back window..They install a new window and in the process they damage the regulator and scratch the inside of the door. They did not take responsibility and blame the rain.The window don't rolled down now... Don't waste your money with this company..

This is an Awesome team @ the Durham NC location; I went in and this was the most professional workers talking with customers and helping with there needs. This was my choice over Safe-lite Repair Company. The cost, time and over all experience was GREAT. This was done on my Ford C-Max Hybrid. I will be bring my other Jeeps in the future. Thanks so MUCH.

Highly recommend this place. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Promptly and professionally gathered my information, placed my glass order and conveniently scheduled my appointment over the phone. They were ready for me upon arrival - no delays.
