“Absolutely phenomenal work for a fair price. My Camaro's window started leaking water when it rained, which pooled up in the floorboard and caused the carpet to mold. I only mentioned the carpet to them but they went over the entire interior, and even removed some unused wiring from a previous audio system that I hadn't bothered to take out. Age related wear aside, the interior basically looks new. I'm super impressed and will highly recommend them.”

The team here takes the time to hand wash every inch of your car, which is a much better alternative to the harsh brushes at automatic car washes that can sometimes scratch or damage your vehicle. They paid close attention to areas that automated washes often miss, like the mirrors, wheel wells, and the interior. The staff was friendly and professional, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the service and even offering helpful tips for maintaining my car’s shine. While it might cost a little more than an automatic wash, the level of care and quality makes it worth every penny. “Excellent Mobile Auto Detailing Service!

Rating: wish I could leave six stars

I am writing this while luxuriating in the passenger seat of my freshly detailed car, which is parked outside of my house. I hired Jordan to come by today for a full interior and exterior cleaning, including headlights, for my 2015 Subaru. I'm thoroughly impressed with the results and the overall experience.

Their pricing is on par with other popular detailers in Durham, but the convenience of having Jordan and his associate come to my house saved me time and hassle (and the money for a Lyft). They arrived promptly, bringing their own treated water and equipment (!!!). Throughout the process, they exhibited professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine passion for their work.

The attention to detail was exceptional, leaving my car looking practically brand new. They worked diligently for about three and a half hours, ensuring every nook and cranny was spotless. They sanded and applied special coating to my headlights which were in pretty bad shape and are now crystal clear and gleaming. No trace remains whatsoever of their time here in my driveway.

Overall, I highly recommend Jordan as a detailer. His expertise, professionalism, passion for his work, and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident. He was extremely communicative, polite, and respectful. He responded to my initial inquiry through his site immediately and I only had to wait less than a week to get on his schedule. He’s been doing this for 10 years and it shows. I'll certainly be a repeat customer and I won’t bother going anywhere else in the future. I’ve been to Ritz in the past but now my bar is set even higher, which I didn’t think was possible. Thank you for a job well done!”

“I was a little skeptical about coming here at first upon reading reviews, but I decided to give this place a try and so happy that I did. I needed a service that would get rid of smoke/odor smell in one of our vehicles and thought I would have to spend hundreds of dollars to fix this issue. Wrong! I did some research and learned about ozone treatments and this location does exactly what I needed. Called on Wednesday, had an appointment set up for Friday, picked up vehicle that evening and smell is gone. My vehicle came back smoke free, and to our surprise, it was cleaner than when we brought it in. The dash/console, inside/outside was clean and perfect, and we didn't expect that at all. Thank you so much for the wonderful service, and to Beth for being the sweetest lady on the other end of each phone call!!!!”

“This is the place to go if you need auto body repair. Anthony was able to get the parts needed to repair the front fender of my Audi Quattro within 2 days. In less than a week I had my car back in as good as new condition. He answered all of my texts and calls with timely and professional responses. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and fair. Although I hope that nothing else happens to my car, if something does I will certainly return to Anthony. In the meantime, I plan to pass along his information to anyone who needs a referral for auto body repair.”

“Fantastic car wash. Staff always hardworking and helpful. Facilities always clean. Always towels, sprays, and (usually) spaces available to vacuum/wipe car (this last one is mostly true but during busy summer times it can be a minute wait for a spot, but this is understandable because the place is great). My favorite thing besides the free vacuum and towels is the air hose sprayer thing to get out all the dust in my car. I’ve got a monthly subscription to this wash which I would recommend, I pull up, the computer scans my listeners plate, and I pull in. Easy peasy.

**9 Month Update** Place is still seamless and best car wash I’ve ever been to (lived in many states and many car washes). All staff are welcoming and helpful. This spot is a very well run business. Am leaving to where no Ripa are available and am very sad about that. I am sad about not much else. Praying I find another spot like this in my future. Great job crew and keep up the great work. Thanks for all the work you guys do to keep this place running.”
