About 5 years ago I bought two pair of black Trekkie cargo pants for travel. These are a slim fit and very flattering. Now that they are getting on in years, I wanted to replace them in September for planned travel. I couldn’t find the exact style; I tried on at least a dozen pair of slacks. The sales people Chrissy and Melissa couldn’t have been more helpful even though I was focused on the exact pants and was grouchy at trying to find the proper fit. Went home with two pair, but just was not thrilled with them. I came into the store to return them and lo and behold the Trekkie pants are being manufactured again. I’m branching out and bought navy, dark green and 2 black. I love these for travel. I am confident that these will hold up just as well as the last two pair. I’m anticipating a two week trip to Europe in the spring. I will say that having the Athleta app and a record of the transactions make things much easier for the return so definitely do that especially if you buy things online. The Southpoint store is usually well staffed and the sales people are very helpful. Thank you Athleta for bringing back my favorite slacks

I want to express how grateful I am for the kindness shown me at this store last Sunday. I fell in the dressing room and Chrissy was immediately there to administer aid. Both she and the employee in the area were very considerate and caring. Thank you again.

So pricey but my wife and daughter love the clothes and they are quality. Plenty of help during the holidays as well.

The staff here are so incredibly sweet. I was trying on clothes a few weeks ago when my 4 year old son needed to use the restroom immediately and they accommodated him without hesitation. They were also so helpful with finding sizes. Thank you!

Never been to this store before. My daughter was looking for comfortable clothes. They were a little pricey however my daughter could not be any happier. Great staff comfy chair while I waited.

The clothes are expensive but quality and worth the price. The staff at the Southpoint Mall location is incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about them. they help me locate different sizes online and let me know about their free tailoring program. The clothing pieces are definitely an investment but worth it.

So, Athleta has a lifetime warranty on their products, and you can return/exchange items anytime, for any reason (their words, not mine). I chatted to an Athleta customer service rep before going to Southpoint to confirm. They confirmed. The woman working here let me know that, because I wore the item more than once, it's not "really" returnable. And that the pilling on my leggings are normal "wear and tear". (I'll note: i typically love Athleta but I've had some leggings for 5+ years with zero pilling...Athleta leggings should not pill). She said returns/exchanges are up to store discretion, contrary to the global return policy. And her decision was to not accept my leggings. What made matters worse was when she picked up the phone, held it to her ear, clearly about to take another call -- all while I was talking to her. It was clear she was trying to end the conversation and rush me out. I knew this person was wrong, so I called the Athleta customer service dept on the drive home, who confirmed that this person was indeed wrong. In their words: "She should have accepted your leggings." They offered to call her directly and read her the policy, or help me resolve the issue via email. I chose the latter -- mostly because this person made me pretty uncomfortable in-store. I normally love Athleta, but this woman's attitude was pretty rough and her refusal to honor Athleta's exchange policy was just not ok. Thankfully, Athleta corporate came through.
