“Shopping for my bathroom fixtures and tub online was so stressful. And I was scared off Lowe's and Home Depot by the reviews. When my plumber suggested I go to Wilkinson Supply I jumped at the chance. In this day and age of buying online it can be hard to find in-person places to purchase these kinds of things. Tracy was so nice! She helped me choose, told me what was a top seller, even let me sit in a tub! I would go back to Wilkinson in a heartbeat!”
“I've gone here a few times before and had great experiences, but this last one takes the cake.
I was interested in purchasing a grill, but I couldn't find any in-box (not pre-built) for the specific model I was looking for. I asked an associate, Barry, if he knew if there were any still in-box in stock. The two of us went on a hunt, as some of the designated locations in his system didn't have anything on the shelf.
After what was probably 10 minutes of him just helping me out, we finally found the last in-box grill on the top of a shelf. He used the mechanical lift to get it himself and when we brought it over to checkout, he made sure a discount was applied to it due to our adventure to find it.
Turns out, Barry didn't even work in that area. He was part of plumbing, but took the time to make sure I found what I needed.

“Wonderful experience with Zack at geek squad today! He was able to look at problems with software and apps. My computers were not syncing data and he helped me figure out why. We solved it and I went ahead and bought a new iPad at Best Buy with their service agreement because the experience was so great. He listens well and is friendly and patient.”

“Nothing special about the merchandise in this store. It’s your standard run-of-the-mill Best Buy store. The difference in my experiences has been customer service. Most places these days, It’s hard to find people to acknowledge you, never mind actually help you. The gentleman that helped me my kids was courteous, and took his time to answer questions. He was never pushy or “salesy”. In fact the item we were looking for was not in stock at this store (rare item - not surprised), but he took the time to look for the item in other nearby stores and when he couldn’t find it, he texted me the link to order it online. Next level service!”

“Snapped off my hose bibb late on a Friday while trying to disconnect the previous homeowners hose that they had over torqued on. I was trying to leave town but needed to get this repaired before leaving. Called in and Nick had everything I needed ready to go for me when I showed up!”
