I called 3 times to make sure my reservation was still valid, then I drive 4 hours to come here and they tell me to pay a more expensive price than the one they already guaranteed me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. So sleazy

If you are in need of renting a storage unit, look no further. Linda went out of her way to make a very stressful experience as easy as possible. I had to move my Mom for the 3rd time since last November and needed a storage unit for either a week or a year!! ? Linda accommodated our needs with a smile and an extra willingness to help. Absolutely 5 stars all the way!!! Thank you so much for everything!

So almost a month ago I was calling around to different storage facilities looking for a flex space. I called Ample storage on Industry lane hoping that maybe they would have something available. To my disappointment, they had no units available. But the customer service was beyond amazing. Linda is a GEM. She provided me with any information I needed and even assisted me with finding units that could possibly be available at other ample storage centers. She followed up with me and even provided me with contact information. Even though I didn’t get the unit I was looking for, I appreciate Linda for going above and beyond for me! I don’t write reviews, but I was so grateful I had to let her know!

I've rented from Ample for over a year and have found them to be customer friendly and resourceful. I've not experienced the kinds of issues many storage renters have experienced when staff is removed from good customer service. Thus far this staff has shown me customer appreciation and I hope they continue.

I previously had 2 units there. I just moved out this past October. The need to rent again raised and I knew just where to go. The rep that served me on Friday was the bomb. He was so nice and helpful.

The new manager of this location seems to be a stand-up guy. I really do not want my rating to affect him. He probably has the ability to raise this to a five I'm sure he's working on it. But based off my many many years at this location. I cannot give it more than two stars. The upkeep is absolutely horrible on my side of the street. Which is over on industry Lane. There are really bad problems with mice and rodents the seals are all busted from under the doors. I've had leaks on top of leaks on top of leaks over the years. But again the new manager seems to be very interested in addressing these items or these problems I mean. He's already taken care of the massive leak I had in one of my units. Thank you and the same way there used to be five stars on this review I hope to be able to put them back.

My 5x5 space was really 4.75x4.75. however the ceilings were tall which allowed me to stand my items up. It's something small to drop a star off of a review for, but it's something to be cautious about. Pricing however is very fair and signing up for a space here was very easy

Friendly staff now, took them a while but overall nice facility. Elevator is usually down though so that's a pain when your belongings are on the third level.
