The service was friendly but I spent over $40 on a vape here two days ago and it smells like it's burning. Spoke with the person at the front who connected me with the owner on the phone but it doesn't seem like they are able to help me out at all, disappointed.

How are y'all in business? Been standing here for over 15 minutes past your stated opening time, and have watched several people come up, get annoyed, and leave. This apparently isn't unusual behavior for this business. How do y'all have any repeat customers when said customers don't even know when to come by to actually buy something? At this point I'm kinda just waiting around to see if someone shows up by 8:30. Also probably gonna leave a suggestion to change your hours so you stop annoying would be customers like myself who WANT to spend money here but can't because the opener won't show up on time.
Edit: looks like I'm glad I waited a while 36 minutes after your stated opening time. Got to watch the opener come in. To give credit where it's due, I asked the guy about the hours and if they changed, and he fully admitted that sometimes he is late. That doesn't reflect well on the business, but I can't knock a guy for being honest and not trying to lie or get angry, he was just like "yea, sorry, sometimes I'm late". Still a bit annoyed, but I got my vape and I learned to not come at opening time.

Buying cigars from random places definitely carry a certain amount of risk. You never know if their displays are more for show than anything else and they just let their inventory sit there without the humidity controls on. I usually stick to the places I know are good, but decided to give this place a shot. The selection was bad so I didn’t have the best feeling.
The prices weren’t displayed so I picked a couple stogies that seemed to look good. While I usually buy in the $11-$13 range, these came in at a whopping $35. I should’ve known then to back out, but I convinced myself that maybe these will just be really sick. I looked up the specific kind online, and it was a healthy markup, but within the realm of reality.
I went home, pumped to try these, having gotten 2. The first was clearly dry, impossible to hit and basically fell apart. This is the tell-tale sign of an old, dry cigar. Since the cigars were sold in self-contained tubes that had clear tamper-proof seals to see that they weren’t open, I tried to return the second one, having experienced that the first was worthless.
Some kid at the counter with a dead expression in his eyes couldn’t speak English very well and didn’t seem to understand what I was even saying. He told me to come back at 6-7 when his boss would be there….i clearly wasn’t going to get anywhere with that.
I tried the second stogie and to my surprise it was even worse than the first. I don’t know who reads the reviews of a tobacco shop, but I basically threw $80 in the garbage for cigars I couldn’t even smoke and got the runaround from the workers about it. I think it’s a little shady to even have products you should know are defective on the shelves, let alone sell them for $40.

I had a bathroom emergency and the woman lied and said they did not have a bathroom. Then when I called her on it and said yes you do, she proceeded to tell me yet another lie and said it is out of order. These people are wicked and evil and if your a good God fearing person you shouldn't spend your money with wicked evil people because it only supports their wickedness by boosting their egos.
