I had a great experience at the Miami blvd location Durham nc. They delivered my furniture on time and the sales manger worked with me to help me get what I wanted. They can be very busy at times. So please come with patience! Great store! Very great delivery drivers I’m satisfied!!

I have been an Aaron's customer from Virginia to here in North Carolina since 2009. I have always preferred them over any RTO. Robert, the manager has always been very respectful and helpful. I've only had one bad experience there and that was immediately rectified. But, I will continue to be a faithful customer. Keep up the good work Aaron's.

I appreciate Charles so much he's always reliable, trustworthy, a great team player he always explains everything as he is assisting and is very passionate about what he does thank you so much for everything! I paid off two of my items so far and I will be purchasing more.

AMANDA!!! I repeat AMANDA is very unprofessional she don’t help at all everything is no no no not even try to help to at least alleviate the situation.. the only reason I deal with this Aarons is because of LISA AND CHARLES… she need to be removed from her position…?

The only person I want to reach out to me about my account is Charles the whole staff ghetto especially the account manager she always unprofessional no one here can get my payment but Charles they will put your call on speakerphone and read out your payment information around anybody they don’t have any concern, I don’t trust none of them they overcharged me for a item that wasn’t even in the store ,Charles got me my money back she clearly was out of a payment that week !

My delivery supposed to have been an express delivery but nothing's happening, it's been 4 days now and it's still not at the local store as a representative told me it was but I called the local store and manager there said it wasn't,,Not cool at all..

So I went to Aaron’s this evening after being approved for credit. The Manager Mikayla Dickerson is a nasty rude person. They called me all day today about coming into the store. But failed to tell me that they don’t do same delivery although their websites says that they do. I asked her why she didn’t tell me that one of the times that they call d because I proceeded to get rid of my old furniture in preparation for my new furniture. This witch told me that “if she told people that no one would come into the store. So they would rather falsely advertise that the information online is true when it’s not. Could not even honor the current promotion because they have no furniture available. Good customer service would’ve been at least offering the floor model. But no she walked away with a nasty attitude instead of trying to be a good customer service person. She is young and needs to grow the hell up. They have lost my business glad I found out before I have to deal with them regularly.

Been with them for over 20 yrs. Have furnished my 3 bedroom home completely with them an part ofy daughters apartment. So I would say we are down together.
