Love! Love! Love 4Paws Insurance! Met the Chief Pet Officer at North Carolina SHRM. We had been discussing if we wanted to add this benefit to our comp plan. She explained they would handle everything but sending out email. She said “you have enough to do”! In less than a day our group was up and offering our employees a 10% group discount! Just give them a call if you want a true voluntary benefit. Sandy is awesome! What are you waiting for? Your employees will thank you!

We got insurance for our German Shepherd expecting not to use it. But our dog caught a really rare fungal infection recently and I’m SO glad we had 4 paws. You never expect you need insurance but it’s worth the piece of mind. My husband use to work for State Farm so we believe in having insurance for many things. The claim process is very quick. I do wish they had an online form to fill out so I didn’t have to print them scan the claim cover form each time (since we have had a lot in a very short period of time) but they have always been wonderful and I recommend this company to my friends and mention it anytime anyone asks how Kona is doing. Vet bills have been racking up for us and its been a blessing to have 4paws.

I couldn't ask for better customer service! Claims are normally approved the day they are sent in, and reimbursement checks are mailed promptly. I normally get checks within 3 days of submitting a claim! Signing up with 4Paws is one of the best decisions I've made.

4Paws Insurance offers the best service. I submitted my claim yesterday, it processed today, and I will have a check within a week. The only thing I wish was updated is a claim form online. There used to be one but I can’t seem to find it now. Once you submit it, payment is received with a week.

Great service. The Chief Pet Officer called me directly and explained all of their plans. Then she gave me a customized quote for my baby. I would highly recommend getting a quote today! Loved the service!
