I couldn't ask for better customer service! Claims are normally approved the day they are sent in, and reimbursement checks are mailed promptly. I normally get checks within 3 days of submitting a claim! Signing up with 4Paws is one of the best decisions I've made.

4Paws Insurance offers the best service. I submitted my claim yesterday, it processed today, and I will have a check within a week. The only thing I wish was updated is a claim form online. There used to be one but I can’t seem to find it now. Once you submit it, payment is received with a week.

Great service. The Chief Pet Officer called me directly and explained all of their plans. Then she gave me a customized quote for my baby. I would highly recommend getting a quote today! Loved the service!
