17 May 2024! Thoroughly enjoyed this storage facility until one day I noticed my lock was changed. After submitting a work order and having it removed I had access to see my property had been ransacked and stolen. No cameras available to capture anything. There was another unit nearby that was also broken into. Staff did not show much concern or compassion for the issue. 0/10 would recommend.

My unit A33 is infested with insect carcasses and feces from insects and rodents. I only asked for the unit to be closed out. Nothing more nothing less. The representative asked if I filed a claim and I responded that I didn't know anything about that. He sent the form over to my email. He then said I would have to pay a prorated amount of $20 and some change. I stated that I was not paying for anything seeing as my daughter's oxygen tank medical supplies, my new born's and kid's unopened gifts and toys along with my Kate Spade purse and other items were destroyed. He then said that nonpayment would be a debt and could affect future ability to rent. I responded and said that I would never want to do business with yall again. Especially after he was going back and forth with me over $20 and I've been renting a unit since last year and ALL of my things were contaminated with feces. I have more photos taken with someone else's phone I will upload. The box in the photo was actually unopened and those black dots are feces droppings. Oh and maintenance was there the day my husband went and found our stuff ruined. No one did anything.

It's a pretty automated system so long as I'll automation works it's a very good experience. The people are very caring. I have multiple units there.

Do not use this company. They have thrown people's stuff out without notice and still taking payment. Reviews is the only way to warn people.

I love it was very clean inside and outside and they see a problem they contact you right away. The agent very polite and attentive and resolved the issue very quickly. So I would refer Federal Storage to family and friends
