Pharmacy always out of medication important to one's health, such has Breztri inhaler for breathing, oxycodone pain medication, albuterol nebulizer ampules for breathing, I could name several more, but what good is a pharmacy if they cannot Supply the medication to public needs? And try to get something transferred... it's easier to pull a long freight train with your teeth. After repeated phone calls from Walmart Pharmacy to Walgreens and attempt to get one prescription. For my granddaughter transferred, after 3 phone calls it is still not transferred. This was the albuterol nebulizer ampoules that was to be used for my 4-month-old great-granddaughter who had double pneumonia and needed the nebulizer treatments very desperately. Thank you Walgreens for almost killing my infant great-granddaughter. My granddaughter had to call an ambulance

I am not sure what Ms. Heather's problem was today, November 29, 2020, but she was extremely rude. We are loyal customers of this establishment and all we wanted was some help with finding a vitamin. She clearly pointed us to a product that was not what we wanted and said \\\"I am not famiiar with that product\\\". Didn't ask anyone else. Her customer service skills need to improve...

Normally these guys are great. However this morning I tried to refill my prescription through the automated system. It transferred me to the techs I guess because it’s out of stock. When she answered she said it’s out of stock and hung up on me.... So I called back because I still need to refill it once the shipment does come in. Well the person that anserwed was extremely rude to me because I called to make sure it went into the que. I understand there is high demand on pharmaceutical right now I also understand that a lot of people are being extremely rude however that is not my fault. I was not rude to them I was kind and courteous therefor I deserve the same amount of respect just as much as the persons whom medications were in stock. Absolutely no excuses for this treatment.

Terrible customer service. My daughter’s prescription was called in on Tuesday and here we are Saturday still without the prescription! Try having a sick kid with nothing to help them. I will never step foot into the pharmacy of that wal greens again! Contemplating even going back to the Walgreens in general!

This Walgreens is a JOKE. Since the pharmacy staff has changed, the customer service is terrible. I have had all my scripts filled at this Walgreens since I have lived in Dunn. 7 years! The last 3 times I have brought in a prescription to be filled, the pharmacy staff does whatever they can to avoid filling it. The last 2 times I was TWO DAYS EARLY, (it was day 28 on my son's script), and they flat out REFUSED TO FILL IT! Told me to come back on DAY 30!! The insurance went through and everything! They just don't want to be bothered with work! What a joke. Well, they have LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD! Hospital Pharmacy is now my go to pharmacy. They laughed when I told them about Walgreens refusing to fill my son's script 2 days early! Wish I would have found them sooner! Such good, honest, and caring people. Don't waste your time at the Dunn Walgreens unless you want a hassle from rude, lazy, and incompetent staff.

First thing that happened was when I had to take my Son to Urgent Care and had his prescriptions sent to you. After I dropped him off at home, I went and picked his meds up. 3 days later I discovered that he hadn't gotten his antibiotics. Prescription was there but no one called or filled it. Next. My daughter in law took a prescription there for sugar testing. She's on medicare and no covered. That's OK, I will pay for it. Told them that the doctor wanted her to start using

Thankfully, as of today, you are NO LONGER my filler of prescriptions. I have had it with failure to respond to refill requests online, waiting until a specific insurance is outdated in order to fill prescriptions at FULL PRICE rather than copay price even AFTER ALERTING THE STAFF of the impending change of insurer, receiving the refill requests in PLENTY OF TIME to fill them as needed, leaving me without glucose test strips for almost half a week, in SPITE OF RECEIVING THE REQUEST IS PLENTY OF TIME to be filled as requested! In addition, I am disgusted with dealing with clerks who can NOT EVEN READ THE MEDICATION NAMES, much less PRONOUNCE THEM. I am also tired of dealing with messages from your store that refills are ready to be picked up, then arriving at the pharmacy to pick them up, only to be told they: a) DON'T HAVE that particular medication in stock; b) HAVEN'T FILLED THE PRESCRIPTION yet; c) Just gave out, but can furnish a small amount of the medication "TO HOLD YOU FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS". Did I MISS anything? We gave notice at a small community drug store for much the same problems, and changed to Walgreen's hoping for better results at a larger pharmacy. As you can see, we made a drastic error. It will not happen again.
