“I originally came in just to get my truck inspected after moving to the county, and the service was excellent from the start. They took the time to clearly explain how inspections work here, which really helped since I’m new to the area.
As they finished up, I mentioned noticing a leak in my truck. They immediately checked it out, diagnosed the issue, and walked me through the options. The pricing they gave me was very reasonable, clear, and honestly made sense for the work that needed to be done — no hidden fees or confusing explanations.

As someone in the military, I don’t look for handouts, and I’m usually the type to just tough it out and wait. But they understood the realities of my situation and treated me with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

“Well I did not need heavy duty mechanical work today. All I was after was a few little light bulbs for my instrument panel. One 194 bulb they had for me. The other bulb was a kind of hard to find #17 bulb which they did not have. But Rebecca bent over backwards for me, made a phone call and got a few delivered to her location. And thus was done really as pure customer service as a very small amount of money changed hands. So, if you want to know what kind of people are here, this should be an indicator. Rebecca was very helpful and much appreciated.”

“I went in for a 3 axle alignment on my 2025 Kenworth T-680. Because of a design flaw in the front bumper, it looked like the alignment couldn’t be done. After a few minutes of studying it, the tech figured out a way. The whole process took about 45 minutes.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would.”
