Worst service in the world; this is the first time I've encountered something like this. I placed an order for roadside assistance, and in the end, the mechanic arrived two hours late, went to the wrong location, and then stopped answering calls and texts. After calling the shop, I was told that my order couldn't be tracked because it was placed during the day, and after hours they don't know how to find it, even though the order exists and has already been paid through an EFS code.
