Have been a patron for years. Reliable, friendly drive through teller service, without fail. A one time mechanical issue with ATM was resolved promptly. Adjustments to accounts have all been handled professionally. Efficient and courteous service each time indoor banking has been necessary. Sold a golf cart to one of their customers and they wanted 100.00 to cash the check! I’d highly recommend not using them, no telling what other fees they’re charging.

I just left the bank...to cash a PNC check that was written to me... the teller asks for 2 forms of ID... I give her my Drivers License and SS card (2 valid forms of ID ) then she says nonit needs to be a vehicle registration or bank card... which I inform her I don't have a bank card then I just grab a random registration and she says no it has to be current.... like whyyyyyyy do I have to go through all of this to cash a check that is from your bank???????? I could understand if I was asking you to cash a non PNC check.... but the check came from your bank!!!!!! That's crazy! If that's the case they need to post it on the outside door all the rules and regulations of cashing a check! Smh!

I have been trying to get a title from my paid off laid for two months. Bob Barber, manager of the bank would not even return my call when I left him a message. You would think the manager of the bank would want to help??? Absolutely frustrated with the incompetency. I rate them a 0.
