Even during busy times, the staff will come by multiple times to make sure everything is okay and help pets get used to being blow-dried. This helps with socialization and care, such as de-shedding. Nice store, alot bigger inside than it looks from the exterior. Clean and animals are well cared for there for adoption and so are pets who are brought in for trims and washes, and you can do it urself with her washing "booth" which is nice.

Grooming was great!Fantastic service and value, I love shopping for my dog food here! The customer service is great, they treat you better than family. I will be coming in to get our pup groomed here more often.
