I went in having battery issues. I was helped by Angel, he tested battery and it was diagnosed as a bad battery. Upon replacing he noticed terminal was loose and recommended replacing. Replacement terminal was in stock. He replaced the terminal and reconnected battery! Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here!

I had a light bulb went out on my car. I went in and didn't even ask the guy to replace it. He went outside took the old one out figured out which one I needed and then put it in for me!!!He was very nice and polite!!

The only auto parts store that deserves business in Dunn. The staff (especially Joe) are always extremely helpful and friendly. No matter the time, they have the parts and service you need.

Accommodating and social staff. Thankful for extra effort in voluntarily looking up item that was out of stock. Was impressed they involved me in decision making process instead of pressuring me into a purchase. Was further encouraged by assurance of help with future needs. Clean and orderly facility rounded out a great experience.
