My husband and I got a car from Lewis motors and within 3wks the check engine light came on we called and were told we’d have to drop the car off for a couple of days when we told them we can’t be without a car due to my husband works full time and I care for our granddaughter so we can not be without a vehicle. They were in no way accommodating and we are either going to not have a car for a couple of days or fix the issue ourselves and be out of pocket for an issue I’m sure they already knew about.
To make matters worse just about everything on the passenger side the panels inside and pieces outside of the car are falling apart!
I feel we definitely got fooled and now we are stuck with a car that they knew was not in good condition.
Just an fyi the car we purchased didn’t have anything to do with our schedule as to why the motor blew!!! The motor blew because of you telling us it was fine to drive your words “you can drive it with no problems at all everything will be fine”
So although you don’t feel the need to take accountability and instead make it our fault it will come back on you one of these days!!!
