“My wife and I do ALL of our construction related shopping at Lowe's (we go there a few times a week). We have spent almost 10 grand in the last month and a half or so. The reason why we do ALL of our shopping at Lowe's and NOT home Depot, ACE or anywhere else for that matter, is because of how the employees treat us and how clean your store is.
Store number #1777 Erwin North Carolina is not only one of the cleanest Lowe's we have ever been to it is the cleanest hardware store we have been into PERIOD!!! The store aisles have plenty of room to get carts through without having extra stuff for sale stacked up on either side of the aisles like most Lowe's do...that alone is a major thing. Not only are the isles clean but the employees have also cleaned up even dust and wood and other debris in the wood area, and cleaned and swept up concrete and drywall in those areas as well. You could pretty much eat off of the floor. The employees are extremely well educated in their respective departments and also departments they don't work in. Any question that we ask they are very fast to helping us and are extremely knowledgeable about all products that are sold. They are all polite, well mannered, clean cut and have exceptionally positive attitudes.
Because of all of the above, that is why we have spent so much money at Lowe's and will continue to do so. Even if a competitor has a similar or same item priced lower we will not go to them! We will NEVER go to home Depot or any other hardware store except Erwin Lowes. PLEASE LET EVERYONE OF THE EMPLOYEES KNOW HOW MUCH WE APPRECIATE ALL OF THEIR HARD WORK!!!!”
