On 5/18/23 I dropped my car off at Black's Tire & Auto Service in Dunn, NC due to a flashing check engine light and acceleration issues. After being without transportation for 86 days, not offered alternate transportation, given misinformation, and had to constantly follow-up with the team for updates after paying 2,103.29 for a service I remained patient. I am terribly disappointed in the lack of professionalism, customer service and general care that I experienced throughout the course of this entire ordeal. Despite the company's slogan "Black's Has Your Back" it felt like no one had my back after months of my ongoing car repairs going unprioritized. This experience demonstrated a lack of commitment to your customers and a lack of service beyond just getting a sale. I would like to speak to Corporate Leadership at their earliest convenience.

I've been to this Blacks Tire many times to have my tires serviced and oil changed. They are always accommodating and friendly. I have been very pleased over the past two years of visiting their location.

Called to get eight new tires for 2 trucks this morning. Whomever was manning the phones was very rude. Not a good way to do business. I called Costco instead. I don't need to pay $2000 for someone to be so nasty.

Blacks tire in Dunn, NC They told me to come at 3 pm after school then we get there and they say come back tomorrow. Why tell a customer to come at 3 then tell them to leave. He said ok wait let's see if we can do it. 4:30 they take the care to balance the tires. He charged me to balance my tires but they left the passenger rear tire out and the next morning the rim ate the tire! It was cut by the rim shredded and I had to get a new tire. I called and they refunded my money but that is not paying for my time, the tire or the complete incompetent service! I am glad I was not on the highway when this happened. Thankfully we got two new tires and a true balanced tire service from another tire shop.

My car brakes started to go out on 95 as I was passing through. Great service! It was late Saturday and I knew they wouldn't open until Monday. First thing Monday they got to work and had me back on the road by early afternoon.

Rear tire on driver side had trouble maintaining air pressure during the day. So I decided to stop by to see if they would take a look. They gladly took me in and soon confirm my suspicion with my tire going bad. Very happy with the results. They confirmed my tire was bad and there wasn't anything they could do to salvage the tire, had the tire in stock, and soon I was off on my way to my next destination.

I sent my son to get an oil change on his Audi on 4/14/2022, he was told that they couldn't get the bolt off to change the filter so they ONLY changed the oil, still charging $80 for the services. My son got 5 minutes down the road when the car knocked off and wouldn't start with his oil pressure light on. He called his father who was a NON licensed mechanic, he took the bolt and filter off laying beside the road sound so. On 4/15/2022 I went to talk to a manager about why a NON licensed mechanic could get a bolt off and they couldn't and why my son was charged full price for a service they didn't do correctly, he only answer was they couldn't get the he bolt off and he surely charged him full price and maybe next time I should have the oil changed instead of sending my 22 year old son. The employee was rude and unprofessional he eventually ended up calling the police on me because I demanded answers, he called it being irate. The police agreed and actually gave me info on a better place to go! Worst experience ever!!!

Took my work vehicle in to have my brakes replaced for the second time in three months. After the first brake job the brakes pads were gone, metal on metal.(Explain that?) They replaced everything under warranty but in the process my 250.00$ Bosch impact drill disappeared out of my truck. When I spoke to the manager the first thing out of his mouth was,( We don't have cameras.) I'm very thorough when it comes to my tools and I know it disappeared while I was there. My conclusion is they are incompetent and thieves. I am filing a report with the sheriff's office. I recommend avoiding this place at all cost!!!!

My wife had an appointment for brakes and a alignment at 10am. 6 1/2 hours later, they are just getting to the alignment. Great place to go if you are homeless and need a place to hangout all day. Otherwise, stay clear of this place. Stewarts Tire Service in Coats, NC blows these folks away... easily.

If I lived closer to a Black's Tire, they would be my number one stop for all of my regular vehicle maintenance that I can't do myself. This shop is particularly good. It being a little ways out in Dunn, you don't have to deal with the crowds that frequent the locations in Fayetteville or the other bigger cities. The staff is very helpful, and easygoing. The manager is particularly good at getting on your level when discussing what your car needs. You often feel like you're getting led on when you go to repair shops but I've never felt that way here. I got four new tires installed and balanced at a reasonable price - remember that you don't HAVE to go with the Goodyears that they clearly have a relationship with here. I got Falkens, for example. You can order any tires and they'll put them on for you. The waiting area is large and spread-out with plenty of seating, including a table with chairs. There's vending and WiFi if you need to work while you're here.

The team members at Black's Tire & auto service were great. Tyler handled some complex issues with care and True concern. If needing Tires or Service, do yourself a favor and give Black's a go of it... They are a bright light in the Auto Service Industry.

Thankfully they were able to fix my tire leaks, picked up 3 nails, in brand new tires!! They patched them up, because plugs are not a secure fix! 2 tires done and the cost, because I bought my tires from them. The rotation was free! I would recommend them, they explained I needed brakes, and I appreciate the warning
