Been trying to get a tank picked up for a month now! They want to charge u rent for there tanks but they don't pay u rent for leaving it sitting there on your land when u call and say it's not needed! I need the tank removed cause I'm trying get trees cut down and don't need the tank anymore! I have left several messages at the office. No luck! Bad service would not recommend them. When the company name changed the service got horrible.

Not sure what is going on with this company, used diversified energy for 8 years no issue. I called on Oct 31st for appointment receptionist said they would be out next day due not having any gas-No show, received an automated message that night about reschedule for the following day=NO SHOW, next day same thing same message at night=No SHOW, and that has continued for roughly 10 days. Call local office and they say we will get out today=NO SHOW. Right now they cant even give me a date when they can fill the tank. Good luck trying to get an appointment made, they are having serious operational issues.

We specifically, in email, asked only for a 100 gallon fill. They come out and put in 210 gallons. I call them to verify they received the email firmly stating 100 gallons, and they said they did. They filled the tank regardless, they made a mistake and I’m stuck l paying! Right before the holidays!They said nothing could be done at this point.

had a new tank delivered around October. They hooked it up made sure that the lines had no leaks and the fireplace was working.We decided to get a new log set up for the propain fireplace. We ordered it they came and installed it. the guys that came to install the new set up explained exactly what we need to do from start to finish. This company is definitely the best around. We continue to use them and have them come once a year to fill my propain tank and clean my fireplace and pressure test my lines for leaks.

This company is great to work with and Wendy along with the others are friendly; always helpful.. They keep their scheduled appointments and if something comes up they let you know ahead of time. I highly recommend this company for your LP gas needs and their prices are fair..

They wanted to raise the tank rental 45%. I told them to come get my tank. The tank when they brought it out 4 yrs ago was old painted silver. An eye sore for sure, i was told tank the tank or no tank. Now they want me to stay with them they want to bring out a white tank. I ask them about the gas in the tank. It is full. They told me 250.00 restock fee. I said let me guess 250.00 is going to be pretty much all of my gas i am returning. They said yes. They get the gas that i paid for. If course i let them know they are crooked. Stay away from this company. I will never do business with them. I wanted to update. They basically stole my gas.
