I go to this location to resolve a problem I was unable to do via the customer service number. Was treated like garbage the moment I stepped in, was questioned WHY I was trying to log into the my cricket app when I clearly stated it was to pay my bill, but he kept asking WHY as if i was being ridiculed for it.When I call customer service, I am told "due to higher than normal call volume wait time is longer than expected." Wait time never less than 22 minutes. During the wait it gives me the option to transfer to the website(press 9) or continue to hold(press 2) Without fail at exactly 7 1/2 minutes I get that prompt again but it then says to confirm your transfer say yes or press 1. I never chose to transfer in the 1st place. When I dont confirm the transfer it says Thank you for calling cricket ,have a nice day, goodbye. This never fails to happen. I never get my issue resolved because I never speak to anyone. I go to the store to resolve the problem and get treated like garbage by the all spanish staff. I honestly believe their live representative customer service is non existence. I believe they lie and say there is a long wait time to deter people from waiting on hold to funnel them to the app or website. Why else would it, at exactly 7 minutes and 30 seconds, force the transfer that I NEVER OPTED FOR, then hang up on me for not confirming a choice I never made. CRICKET SHOULD HEAR CRICKETS FROM THE LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.If I could give a negative 5 stars review I would. I will be done with cricket this billing cycle.Edit: their response now is to contact them on facebook or twitter. What a joke. I dont do social media. If you cant provide customer service via telephone with an American or face to face in store I dont need your services any longer. As stated above I will be done with cricket this billing cycle.

I was treated spectacularly by Katharine at the Dunn branch! Super Knowledgeable and friendly. Stayed open past closing time to be sure my questions were answered and that I purchased the correct accessories for my phone. But the kicker is $90.00 for two lines and unlimited talk, text, data and that comes with 15 Gig hotspot for each device! Does not slow based on data usage. Plus you get 150GB of cloud storage included with plan that is for photos and video storage. And last but not least you get HBO Max/Ltd. Commercials.

Nene is the “Bomb”! I want to Leave Spectrum and my I Phone! She has customer service skills that I have not experienced in a very long time!Please KEEP her in the Dunn Store. She Truly can teach a class on how to handle customers sincerely. Seriously, I want to buy a Cricket Phone…Thank You Nene! Cricket I hope you are paying her well/ MORE. She deserves it.

Do NOT come to this cricket store! The woman employee named Vanessa was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. We were about to purchase 2 phones and she gave us a huge attitude for NO REASON! May God bless her because she was looking real ROUGH today. We had to leave because I do not give my business to people with horrible customer service skills. Going to pray for this woman and her troubles. And still plan to call corporate.

The atmosphere there was peaceful and loving. I know the staff there enjoy being there. The staff was very thorough and knowledgeable. A special shout to NeNe she provided excellent customer service to me. She went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

Every. Single. Time. I go to this location I walk away completely happy! Nene and Angelica are both AWESOME. Nene helped me get phones set up for my kids for Christmas and it was such a smooth transition. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
