Cashier accused me of shoplifting Stopped on July 5 2024 at 7:48 pm to cash in a 5.00 fuel coupon for 2 packs of cookies using one 5.00 coupon, but I was 10 cents short I told cashier to wait while my wife went to the car to look for a dime, the cashier said it’s too late, the coupon was just redeemed and now the second pack of cookies will cost 2.99, or redeem another 5.00 coupon. Which you don’t get any change back. I said forget it and headed for the door with 1 pack of cookies, the cashier chased me yelling sir, sir, give me those you didn’t pay for those, I said are you accusing me of stealing she said “possibly yes I am”, I said look on counter for other pack. It got heated and she told me to get out of the store no less that 3 times. I drive for Tforce freight fueling thousands of dollars a week at that store but no longer after this. We will fuel at Pilot down the street. TForce freight fueled at circlek just for those 5.00 fuel coupons. HORRIBLE Prepaid for CASH fuel. Did not use all that is set pump for. Went in to get my refund and buy chips and soda. The clerk would not refund my cash until I paid for my drink and chips. I attempted to explain I was using my cash refund from fuel to pay for the drink/ chips. She just kept telling me she wouldnt give me my money back until I had completed my purchase. My fuel purchase was complete. This was going to be my next transaction. She repeated herself again.
This location is a joke. I think I'm on Candid Camera. I did eventually get my refund but did not buy anything more. Was going to do my break here but I think Ill move up the road to a location that has there training complete and wants repeat customers.

This place is Garbage. The staff is extremely lazy. I went in to grab a water and they straight up told me that they can't check me out that I have to do it myself. Then I asked well how am I supposed to check myself out for a shower? The lady looked like she had a glitch, went and asked manager if showers were available to only come back and say you'll have to come back later. Apparently I couldn't just buy a shower and wait either. Probably because noone wants to prep a shower for us truckers to feel clean at the end of the day. This place should not be considered a truck stop and it should be shut down or put some damn employees in there that actually want to do their job instead of slacking off. Circle k should be ashamed but after seeing all the other reviews of this place, I realize that they don't care either. I hope you go out of business.

Needed gas receipt and it wouldnt print at pump. Went inside and grabbed a drink. Tried checking out and the staff asked me what i was doing at the register. I responded i need a receipt from pump 19 and id like to buy this drink. She said okay listen hear we dont check people out here, you do that yourself. I told her i dont get paid by circle k to work here. They refused to check me out at a register so i just left. McDonald's does this garbage do. Before long companies are going to demand the customer stock their shelves too.

Do not like the self check out people that are there before you leaving water on the checkout area and you have to place your items on top of that people working, but not even turning around and paying attention to the self check out area. So I only give this area a three stars, what happened to customer service?

After getting gas and receipt printer not working, I went inside to ask for a printout as well as to get some snacks for the road. One employee was meandering around the store, probably supposed to be stocking or cleaning but legit just wandered. The other was behind the counter doing inventory of cigarettes I assume. I stood at the line and register for almost 2 minutes in an empty store being absolutely ignored by all the employees. Not even a smile or hello back when I first tried to greet. Terribly rude employees. Never stopping here again on my back and forth trips along the 95. Absolutely ignored me and even snubbed another customer but then assisted him, guess I wasn't the right color or age. Horrible.

Last time I was there which was about a month ago. That was my first time, I thought it was a very nice stop. Quiet wasn't real busy and the DEF was a good price I think $2.99 a gallon.I don't remember, anyway that's what I was about to do before I left this review. To look up the price of the DEF at this location. Anybody tell me what the the price for DEF currently is at this Circle K?

I stopped by and the experience was terrible. The restrooms are filthy. Also had a bad experience with customer service. The advertisements are outdated and they won't honor the items listed for sale. The cashier stated "corporate was supposed to changed the signage." Uvery bad experience
