I stopped by this location the other night to try and get some quarters in exchange for my dollar so that I could put a little bit of air in my tire since it was about to go Flat and I live 30 minutes away, this was also on a weekend, so the banks were closed and most of the gas stations were already closed by that point in the night, . Ll I’m a woman by myself and he could tell there was a sense of urgency. the cashier was some fat ugly white dude who refused to exchange my one dollar dollar bill, since according to him, the air machine is not directly affiliated with the company . it would not of gotten him in any trouble or cost him anything he would’ve probably just had to maybe pull out a roll of quarters from the safe afterwards at the most. I will not be returning to this location again since your stupid employee is lazy and thinks that poor customer service and the safety of their customers is not important. I ended up not being able to make it back home because the tire was low and having to change the tire on the side of the road, if I had been able to get the air that I needed at the one gas station that was open that late then I would’ve made it home safely.
You should really encourage employees to think more about the consequences of their decisions and to build customer rapport for the long term, even if they think it’s not a valuable interaction. I’m a delivery driver who spends hundreds of dollars on gas, but because of that one small interaction over a dollar this location will not be getting any of that money. I used to be an assistant manager for the marathon gas station before I became self-employed, and I would never treat my customers that way.

Stopped in there this morning just to get $5 in gas. Just enough to make it back home. Waited in line behind a woman doing the lottery. In line way longer than is reasonable. Then a man tries to jump in front and when I give the cashier my CASH she snots me. Real sarcastic. I will take my business over to the Speedway from now on. Because of your rude cashier. Buh bye.

If you're looking to be accused of theft by an old hag then this is just the place for you! My boyfriend was purchasing some alcohol for our Christmas night and she threatened to call the police because he "allegedly" put a "beer in his pocket". He emptied his pockets and of course didn't steal. Even looked at the cameras to prove his innocence. This station lost business by not only him but also his family, which just so happens to be just about half of the population of Dunn.
