Everyone I've had to deal with has been very nice and informative including the gas man that delivered the gas. I just switched from AmeriGas to you folks and it's as much differences and night and day. No matter what office I get Virginia, Tennessee or local, everyone has been great.

I have recently acquired rental property in the area and had to make a visit to the office to receive information for services. Dawn could not have been any more patient with me! I was a little unorganized with my documents and she was so patient and willing to work with me through the process and answer any questions. Customer service like this is not seen very often these days and I must say it was very refreshing. There is no doubt Dawn is a great asset to your office!

I had a very refreshing and pleasant experience at this place of business yesterday . The person behind the counter was helpful, polite, and took the time I needed to help me with the questions and concerns I had. The lady was also very polite to an extremely abrupt, impatient, and gruff man that came in after me,. She could have easily been as rude as he was, but that was not the case. Sometimes you have to kill them with kindness which she did.
This is a business that I would hang my hat on. (If you are from the south and know what that means?).

This will be a lengthy review, I felt it was necessary to share the experience I had with UPG. I’ve been a customer for about eight years or little longer n in those years I’ve never been a customer to not pay a bill or had any confrontations with any of the staff.Seems the last few years customer service changed, I could never reach a live person when telephoning for delivery of gas once my gas tank was at 30 percent capacity. Around Dec 26th I tried calling the Greenville ofc sev times, no answer. Called another day n rec’d a recorded mesg stating I would have to place an order online. I did so n in the remarks I ask for a courtesy response back letting me know the order was rec’d. No response, I then placed the order again n rec’d a response that they were sorry for the inconvenience n would get back with me. Waited sev more days n still no gas, at this point I was concerned my gas would run out. I tried calling them sev more times for sev days n no answer. Finally, I called n a live person answered n I ask who she was n where was she located. She said her name was Dawn Rabon n she was in the Dunn, NC facility. I explained my prob to her n she listened patiently n said she would follow up n find out what the delay was in delivering the gas n she def would respond back to me that afternoon. She def kept her word which I respected her for that n she did respond back to tell me I should be on the list for delivery of gas the next day. I did rec gas the next day n I def wanted to commend Dawn on a job well done. I was an HR Coordinator for 30 years with Hallmark Cards n I know what it means to have dedicated n honest hardworking employees. I feel Dawn is one of these kinds of employees n one that a company needs to try to keep. It takes everyone working together n doing their job to make a company successful. I feel in today’s world Dawn is a rare find n should be commended n compensated for her outstanding customer service. She is an employee that will continue bringing in new clients with her way of treating people. Word of mouth will always be the best advertisement along with quality customer service. This will keep a successful business running for many years.Hopefully, this review will reach the right people to follow up with future issues like this one n make some changes.Barb Knox

I went to the office to get some information and prices and I'm glad I did!! Dawn and Wayne are so nice and funny!! The prices are great and their costumer service is amazing!! We need more kind people like that, thank you so much for all your help!!!

Working the as a plant manager for 3 years and did it all by myself asked to hire help and nothing was done yet was asked to help out at other plants to help them get caught up but when I got behind was left out to do it alone pushing and pulling 1000 gal tanks sometime 4 in a day with no help and only getting paid not even mim wages for that type work they lie don’t fall for the trap like i did
