Came in for an alignment and they said I had a loose tie rod cable, but they couldn’t fix it. So charged me 30$ and sent me away.

Dear Tabitha,
I am reaching out to tell you how much Julie and I appreciated you and the Black’s Tire team helping us out of an auto emergency last Wednesday around 2:00 PM. We were traveling home to Florida on I-95 when our rear brake caliper bolts fell off and we lost all our braking fluid and capability just off the exit ramp in Dunn North Carolina. We did not know what happened at the time, but were more than concerned about our safety in the car and what was happening and how we would get it fixed.
As God would have it, this issue happened two miles before our planned hotel exit in Dunn, and we were able to get to the hotel even the the brake fluid was spraying all over the ground fairly quickly. I pulled up Google Maps on my phone and searched for ‘brake repair’ and as God would have it, Black’s Tire and Auto on South Powell Avenue came up first on the search list. As God would have it, you answered the phone in a friendly way, and not only immediately understood our predicament, you said Black’s would be able to at least look at the problem that day. Then you gave me the number of Wayne Lee’s Towing Service and they had Randy at the hotel in about twenty quick minutes.
At the shop, over the next couple of hours, William, Brian and Chris diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution and prices, and kept me informed at key moments while I waited in your nice, clean waiting area. As God would have it, I was thrilled and greatly blessed when Brian cheerfully told me later in the afternoon that Black’s could fix it before the close of business that day and of course at a reasonable price.
The shop was quite busy, and I was admiring how you and the team worked and helped the customer’s that afternoon in a friendly, plain spoken and genuine manner.
At the end of the day, Chris helpfully put the finishing touch on our brakes and updated me on what he had learned and done to fix it, and as God would have it, he stayed late to get it done. William, with his comforting, respectful and assured manner, checked me out and I was on my way just after 6 PM.
Julie and I got home on Friday and really thank you and the team for all you did to get us out of the emergency and back on the road with confidence so quickly. We talked about how many miraculous things happened so quickly and so many doors opened to help us. To add additional perspective, we travel with a kidney dialysis machine and have a limited dialysis supplies for the trip and the eleven hour nightly life-giving process, so breaking down for too long would create other serious supply needs for us, which were all avoided with your timely help.
