I just went to the Dunn store to purchase a $600 recliner. There were no visible associates seen in the store except the cashier at the front. I asked Dasia if she could get me some assistance and she radioed for someone to assist. After 10 minutes, I asked her if anyone was coming to assist. She said, “It will be awhile.” I told her it had been awhile and I wanted to purchase a $600 recliner. Again, she said, “It will be awhile. They are unloading a truck.” She did not offer any assistance and did not care that the store was losing a sale. The store was empty except for 5 browsing customers. Very poor customer service and business model. Big Lots of Dunn, get it together or you will lose more customers. If I could give zero stars, I would.

11/4/2023: The store was very clean and well organized. There were lots of good deals. Although I did not find any Thanksgiving kitchen towels, they had lots of Thanksgiving and fall decor.
