“I went in having battery issues. I was helped by Angel, he tested battery and it was diagnosed as a bad battery. Upon replacing he noticed terminal was loose and recommended replacing. Replacement terminal was in stock. He replaced the terminal and reconnected battery! Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here!”
“This morning on the way to an appointment in Coats, NC, I decided to stop and get gas. Upon finishing up and trying to start my car, it was apparent I had a dead battery. With the help of 4 very kind people, I was able to get to Napa Auto Parts where I was able to purchase a new battery from Mickey, who within 5 minutes arrived at my vehicle and replaced the battery in under 10 minutes.
