“I went in having battery issues. I was helped by Angel, he tested battery and it was diagnosed as a bad battery. Upon replacing he noticed terminal was loose and recommended replacing. Replacement terminal was in stock. He replaced the terminal and reconnected battery! Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here!”

“A bearing went on our trailer at 4am on our way home to Rhode Island from Florida. We happened to be rerouted through Dunn, NC due to road work on I95. What luck! I found Carquest online. We made it to their parking lot, and hung out there a few hours waiting for it to open. The manager arrived about a half hour before the store opened. He chatted with us, and said he'd let my husband in. All the employees are super nice! The store was impressive with all the different things they have for sale. My husband was impressed with the selection of fishing gear especially! We're so thankful to the kind folks at Carquest!”
