“Working over 25 years in customer service, I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience in a retail store.
I’ve been flying kite for years, and have been wanting to finally try a stunt kite. We were visiting Kitty Hawk and decided to stop in the store to see what they have (I’m very familiar with Kitty Hawk Kites since they are always at the Virginia Beach Kite Festival each year). In fact all of my kites are from them.
When I went to the store to look, I saw one that I liked, and went to buy it. I got to talking to the young man there - sadly didn’t get his name - and he talked me out of the one I had, and suggested a slightly less expensive one, telling me that for a novice, it was a much better kite.
Hopefully, I’ll give it a go tomorrow, but since the review is for the store, and not the kite, I had to write it immediately! Stop here if you want great service and a HUGE selection of kites and accessories!”
