“I'm sorry if this is a little long. I really needed 2 front tires on my car (like really bad). I called Alray and asked if they happen to have 2 used tires that would fit and they said they did. Once I got there they told us that after looking at them (the 2 they had) one was really good and the other wasn't as good as the first one but still way better then what I currently had. They said that if I wanted it they wouldn't charge me for the one that wasn't as good. I was shocked bc they could have put them both on and charged me for both but they were honest and let me decide if I wanted it. Which I did take both. They were busy so it was a little bit of a wait but it was not an overly long wait.
So here's where it gets interesting I get the tires and leave make it to the car wash in drexel and "the good tire" is flat like flat flat. We had to stop and put the spare on flat. I called and told them and they asked if I could make it back and I said yes. One the phone and in person they apologize several times and I told the guy on the phone, it happens and we would come back. Once we got back they were able to replace both tires with some that were even better and did not charge me anymore.
It was hot and at this point I was just tired and wishing that we could just make some Flintstone tires and not have to deal with tire tires anymore.
My point here is I feel like Alray went above and beyond for us to make it right. They could have handled the situation several different ways and charged me more money but they did everything they could to make it right. Again it was not anyone's fault, things happen but I feel so blessed with the way they handled it.
Thank you guys so much for the way y'all handled it and reassured us that everything would be ok.
From now on anyone ask best place to get some tires this is my recommendation.”

“Last Wednesday I was in great need of some new tires. I’d never been to Baker’s Tire before. They had what I needed but they were backed up because of the upcoming holiday and were going to be closed until Monday. I really needed tires but was considering putting it off because my grandpa was on his last few days of life and I really needed to be with him. The man working offered to go pick my car up from my home and bring it back once they had put some new tires on. That was such a blessing, really. I got to go be with my grandpa who eventually passed on Saturday. I told my husband that Baker’s Tire was our new tire place. I am forever grateful for the kindness this business showed me that day. “Called and spoke with JD about an oil change on my Subaru at 9am on a Wednesday. He said come on down, first come first served. I arrived at 9:15, was checked in promptly and told 45 min. About 40 min later it was ready to go! Price was about $10 LESS than quoted too, which is awesome. Staff was very nice, waiting area very clean, service quick and prices fair. The best part? NO UPSELLS! In a world where everyone is always selling you something at every turn, it was nice to just go in and get what I needed and get on with my day. I intend to return here in the future for maintenance and service needs.”
