I had the most AWFUL experience at this foodlion today. Which is the foodlion I always get my groceries from. All I wanted was a few cans of Vienna sausages for my young ones. When I approached the manager to ask where I might find some, he just lost it and went out of control. He started screaming and yelling and just acting downright DISRESPECTFUL! And quite frankly I was scared for my life, I mean I’ve never encountered someone with such hate and unhinged behavior.. it was so unprofessional. Unfortunately now I will have to find a new atmosphere to buy my groceries and enjoy my feee time from my children and husband.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this store. The store manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. When I asked for assistance, the manager responded with a dismissive and condescending attitude, making me feel like my questions were a burden.
Their behavior was not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful. It's clear that this individual lacks the basic skills required for a managerial position, including courtesy, patience, and professionalism.
I had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and insulted. This is not the kind of service anyone deserves, and I will definitely not be returning to this store. I strongly advise others to avoid this place until they address their serious issues with management.

the manger yelled at me called me names and i will NEVER RETURN i always come here and get my groceries but now im going to walmart bc i was disrespected in so many ways BY THE GENRAL MANAGER!!!!!

Having problems with order online and having somebody shop for us. You can not get what's on my list. They are supposed to text me and try to substitute something, or I can just cancel that item. They never text. This time, I walked in the store and walked right to the items they supposedly didn't haveIt's becoming a joke. This is the 3rd timeI have had enough. Guess I will drive 9 miles to grocery shop
