Last year we were on our way to Pennsylvania and were pulling our 6x10 enclosed trailer with our suv. After pulling up a pretty steep hill on 77, the engine temp started to go up, then I noticed what looked like smoke behind our vehicle. I pulled to the shoulder and shut it down, lifted the hood and was antifreeze all over the engine compartment. These guys were Johnny on the Spot. The towed our suv and trailer to the service station, after dropping us at a hotel. (It was about 5pm I think). They must have gone right to work on the problem, because I got a call at 8:30 the next morning, and the guy said, "are you ready?" and I said what do you mean? He said, "your all set." I couldn't believe it. They had it all repaired, picked us up at the hotel and we were back on the road by 10AM. The repair was very inexpensive. They replaced the thermostat and broken thermostat housing.I can't praise them enough. Dobson Citgo is FANTASTIC!

I was approaching Charlotte on 77 during rush hour in my SUV started having a brake issue. The convenience store at the exit recommended the Citgo station. I drove a few miles to the station and reluctantly brought my car in. It was almost 5 o’clock and since these guys were not my usual mechanic, I was nervous that I was going to be paying $$$ or they might not be able to fit me in that day.They showed me the problem with the brakes, ordered the parts from the supplier, down the street and within 40 minutes I had new brakes. They were even less expensive than my usual mechanic. Not only did they not take advantage of a traveler, they were nice guys who quickly got me in and out so I could go on my way. Despite having questionable taste in college football teams, ;) we were really impressed. I think I’ll bring my other cars down here when they need their brakes changed!

Charles and the "boys" are THE BEST!! Support your local people!! They are honest and they won't rip you off!! If they say something is wrong with your car, need tires, etc then that is what it is!! So happy we have Charles and the "boys""!

Went in for flat tire .. Supposed to get a new tire since they said they could not fix ended up with a used tire and a broke tire sensor

They have a bunch of young punks running the store they are closing it just whenever here it is a quarter till 11 and the door says it closes at 11 and yet they're already closed and got young kids inside running around saying the cleaning the store when you know then whether or not not very good for business
