I feel so thankful to have met Mr. Owens! He was able to diagnose and resolve our refrigerator + leaky sink issues within no time! Hopefully we won’t need anything else, but if we did there’s no other place we’d trust. He was honest, super professional, experienced, and very kind. Thank you again!

Randy was quick to respond to my call. We needed help with our AC and water heater. As busy as he is he worked with our schedule. He did a great job getting us up and running. I highly recommend Owen's RV.

Randy was very knowledgeable and so kind and gracious in repairing our RV electrical problems today. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and follow up after the repair was completed. He was very prompt in getting back with me every time that I contacted him. Tried very late on Saturday night to help us troubleshoot on the phone. Came when he said he would. Seemed to have a genuine concern in trying to help us. He took the time to explain other things that we had questions about concerning our RV. Wish we had a Randy in every town that we traveled to. I would highly recommend Randy for your RV repair jobs.

Mr Owen's replaced the thermostat on my AC unit. He did a great job, very professional, and he got to me up and running very quickly. I have to thank him for keeping me cool.

If I could give less I would … never even called back!!! The problem is COMMUNICATION… if you’re too busy to do the work because you are a one man business… AL LEASE CALL … I understand not being able to help but when we are stranded and you don’t even call back that’s the problem!!!!!!!!

VERY grateful for Randy’s quick response to my text regarding an RV air conditioner issue and for his prompt service call. Thumbs up for Randy. We could not leave the RV park with a slide in the out position. Nothing we tried worked. Could not figure out manual operation due to all manuals both printed and online having incorrect information. Randy fitted us into his already loaded work day and solved our problem. Extremely professional, hard working, and refusing to give up until our issue was resolved. THANKS, Randy, we were able to head home as planned the next day.

We called Owens RV Mobile Repair when our RV toilet overflowed. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, and replaced the toilet the same day.
